1. Что такое подшипник с резиновым покрытием?

Подшипник с резиновым покрытием относится к нестандартному подшипнику, пригодному для использования в определенных условиях, изготовленному путем впрыскивания или приклеивания резиновых изделий на поверхность подшипника через литейную форму.

2. Характеристики и классификация обрезиненных подшипников.

Rubber-coated bearings have excellent strength and wear resistance, heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and aging resistance. They have bright appearance, fine and smooth colloid surface, strong bonding between the colloid material and the shaft core, and a wide range of hardness.

In addition, rubber-coated bearings have the advantages of shock load resistance and low noise compared to ordinary bearings. Commonly used coating materials include the following:

(1) Polyurethane rubber rollers have good chemical properties, good solvent resistance, anti-aging, tear resistance, and good resilience.

(2) Silicone rubber coated bearings have good heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone and atmospheric aging resistance. The lack of electricity results in poor mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength, and poor oil resistance and organic solvent resistance.

(3) Polyacetal (POM) coated bearings have high mechanical strength and rigidity, high fatigue strength, good resistance to organic solvents, and stronger wear resistance than polyurethane. However, they have the disadvantages of poor acid resistance, large molding shrinkage, and long life.

Easily decomposes under high temperature.
